• Items with dimensions larger than 90″ long x 60″ wide x 86″ tall
• Any item that will not fit on the truck’s liftgate which is 90″ x 60″ or may be too heavy or unsafe to handle.
• Household goods (furniture, appliances, personal items, etc)

Hazardous Materials

• Explosives
• Infectious substances
• Hazardous waste
• Liquefied gas
• Metallic mercury (quicksilver)
• Nitrocellulose
• Poison inhalation hazards
• Radioactive materials, isotopes, or articles that are highway route controlled

Prohibited or Restricted Articles

• Cadavers and/or bodily fluid
• Controlled substances (Title 21, USC)
• E-juice (or e-liquid)
• Electronic cigarettes, devices and their related components
• Firearms and ammunition
• Fireworks and pyrotechnics
• Fresh fruit or produce
• Human or animal waste
• Live plants
• Marijuana, includes hemp plants, leaves, and oil
• CBD oils or other products that contain THC
• Synthetic cannabinoids
• Scrap tires

 Important Information Regarding Your Shipment

• The item specifics provided must be accurate. This includes the dimensions, weight, and photos you submit. If the actual item varies in any way, you may be charged accordingly.
• The service includes basic pick-up and delivery of your item or items which may include up to 30 minutes of on-site time.  An on-site service time rate of $190/hour may be charged for the additional labor when applicable.
• Your item should be packed to withstand the normal hazards of transportation. The service we provide does not include packaging, wrapping or palletizing of the products. These services are available for a fee that involves on-site service time rates plus materials. If your product needs additional packaging please make your request in the details section of your order and a representative will contact you to provide a custom quote.
• Drivers and helpers must be able to access the pick-up and delivery locations with an 80-foot tractor-trailer. Any location that requires access by a ferry or unpaved surface is not considered tractor-trailer accessible.
• Dispatchers normally call one business day before scheduling the driver. Pick-up or delivery dates or times are not guaranteed as only approximate date and time ranges are available.
  
• Customer understands and agrees that Moveitem is not a carrier and has no control over traffic, weather, schedule changes, and other uncontrollable events.
• An attempt fee of $145 will apply if confirmation is made for pick up or delivery but the party contacted is unavailable upon the driver’s arrival or the pickup/delivery is not possible. Driver standby time is limited to 30 minutes, additional fees may apply if time is exceeded at the rate of $250/hour.
• A person over the age of 18 must be available at the pickup and delivery location upon the driver’s arrival.
• Contact persons should be available by phone 8 am-5 pm Monday through Friday.
• We reserve the right to verify the shipment and modify or withdraw any quotation or booking.
